Are you optimising your health and dance performance?
Male and female dancers of all genres, worldwide, are invited to complete an anonymous online questionnaire
Questions take about 15 minutes to complete and will cover:
- Your dance training background, current dancing
- Any injuries
- Your training, sleep, nutritional habits and attitudes
- Indicators of hormonal health, such as menstrual status for female dancers
This study has ethical approval from Durham University. Collaborating with Dr Stephanie Feirabend (AusDancersOverseas), Dr Karen Hind, Dr Emily Oliver (Durham University) and Mr Gavin Francis (Science4Performance)
