Classes for young people

I have conducted research projects, published in medical journals, on the effect of training on developing athletes. Using this knowledge and experience, I teach classes to teenagers to optimise health, fitness and sports performance during this window of opportunity, to set up young people for a healthy adult life, consistent with the UK Chief Medical Officer’s Guidelines.

During my classes particular focus is on core stability, strength, flexibility and proprioception, which are transferrable to all sports. If you wish I can liaise with your coach and Physio.

I teach at private studio in Barnes weekdays and weekends.

Well-established teenage class in private studio Barnes Saturday 17:00-18:00 and Sunday 17:00-18:00. Numbers limited. Price: £15 for group class

In addition I teach young swimmers at Barnes Swimming Club, at St. Paul’s School.

To enable me to work with children, I am DBS enhanced checked as medical professional and through the Amateur Swimming Association.
