The method developed by Joseph Pilates promotes “centring, control, concentration, precision, breathing and flowing movement”. Based on these principles, together with my medical expertise, I teach Pilates guided by individual requirements, to enhance wellbeing, health and fitness, and to optimise sports performance. Individual or shared, any level, all age groups, ad hoc basis, time and day to suit. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and weekends. Maximum of three for individual attention.
